Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia, abbreviated ALHE, is a rare skin pathology.
General
- Similar to Kimura disease.[1]
- Very rare.
- Typical patient: Caucasian, woman.[1]
Clinical:
- Skin papules or nodules.[2]
- Location: usu. head and neck.
Microscopic
Features:[1]
- Marked vascular proliferation.
- Few lymphoid follicles.
- Moderate eosinophils.
Negative:
- No fibrosis.
