In pathology, Schaumann bodies are calcium and protein inclusions inside of Langhans giant cells as part of a granuloma.
They are named after Swedish pathologist Jörgen Nilsen Schaumann.

- Sarcoidosis.
- Hypersensitivity pneumonitis.
- Tuberculosis - uncommon.
- Berylliosis.
