Tuberous sclerosis is genetic thingy associated with increased risk of hamartomas.

- Epilepsy.
- Mental retardation.
- Adenoma sebaceum.
Associations
- Renal angiomyolipoma.
- Cardiac rhabdomyoma.
- Lymphangiomyomatosis.
Incidence
~1 in 10,000 population.[1]
