Scleroderma is a disease that keeps rheumatologists busy.
General
Clinical:
- Anti-centromere antibody +ve.
- Common in limited systemic scleroderma, AKA CREST Syndrome.
- Scl-70 (topoisomerase I).
- Common in diffuse scleroderma.
