Overview
Contains:
- Vas deferens.
- Testicular artery.
- Testicular vein.
Specific entities
Sperm granuloma
General
- Extravasated sperm.
- Common post-vasectomy.[1][2]
- May present as a mass.
- Can be seen in the context of vasitis nodosa.
Microscopic
Features:
- Sperm - small darking staining ovoid bodies.
- The tail is generally no seen in light microscopy.
- Histocytes +/-intracytoplasmic sperm.[3]
- +/-Multi-nucleated giant cells.
