Pseudocarcinomatous urothelial hyperplasia is a very rare urothelial lesion that mimics urothelial carcinoma.[1]
General
- Most are associated with prior pelvic radiation.[2]
Microscopic
Features:[3]
- Eosinophilic cytoplasm.
- Moderate nuclear pleomorphism.
- Essentially no mitotic activity.
