Microscopic
Features:[2]
- Proliferation of benign ducts with lined by a bilayer (as in normal sweat ducts) with abnormal architecture:
- Tadpole like appearing ducts.
DDx:
- Syringomatous adenomas of nipple (AKA syringoma of the nipple).[3]
- Chondroid syringoma. (???)
