Kudo pit pattern

The Kudo pit pattern can be assessed on endoscopy and predicts the presence or absence of neoplasia and malignancy.

III tubular neoplastic (adenomatous)
IV branch-like neoplastic (adenomatous)
V irregular/non-structural neoplastic (invasive)
